"From my initial enquiry online to getting a phone was 30minutes. Mohammed diagnosed the issue on the phone but came out the same day to double check the work. He was unsure on time initially but called me 15 mins before arriving. Mohammed was polite while in the home and his initial phone diagnosis was correct. He was upfront about his pricing and fixed the issue there and then. We were very happy and would definitely use him again recommend him to others."

"There were some supplier difficulties just before Xmas, but Mohammed went above and beyond to resolve them and keep me in touch about what he was doing. Very good job. We have hot water for Xmas."
