Specialising in delivering excellent service to customers in the gas central heating and plumbing industry, Michal our head engineer started in the industry in 2008 in British Gas and has been qualified as Gas Safe engineer for sixteen years .
Boilergurus prides itself in fast response times and will prioritise emergency situations understanding the desperate situation of a client with a broken boiler. We can install a new boiler within 24 hours if required.
At the end of a phone till the evening and weekends, our ethos is: to build customer loyalty and longevity. We believe that nothing short of a top level of customer service, skill – and at reasonable prices, needs to be delivered not once, but consistently.

"I had to upgrade from and old system boiler to a new combi and I couldn't be anymore happy with these excellent service provided by Michael and Lydia. The communication from my initial query and throughout the process has been the best I've ever experienced. Michael and his team were courteous, professional and seemed more happy to answer any questions I had. His knowledge and qualifications were apparent from the moment he started to conversion. At the end he installed the hive system and thoroughly cleaned the areas where he was working. This also included disposing of the old boiler, pipework and water tank/cylinder. The best in Woking/Surrey area without a doubt."

"Great communication from Lydia from start to finish about the job requirements, costs, timings, warranties etc. And the boiler engineer Michael worked a full day to get our new boiler installed and tested. We couldn't be happier"
