"Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Russell managed to adjust his busy schedule to insure that our plumbing emergency was taken care of completely. In an old and rather large house with many difficult to access areas and old pipe work, Russell knew exactly what needed to be done and was very practical. He stopped the leak and any further damage and replaced/updated the pipe work to insure there was no further leaks. Fast, efficient and reliable, cannot fault the level of service provided. Many Many Thanks and highly recommended."

"Always reliable and went to great lengths to be sure my elderly mums heating that had multiple problem's was working and often call when passing to be sure all was still ok. Reliable Responsive Value for money"

"Russ originally advised and fitted our new boiler a few years ago and we have used Boiler Buddy ever since. Russ is honest, friendly and polite, and always does an excellent job. Professional, reliable and tidy, he always turns up on time and also offers excellent value. Our central heating pump was failing and Russ came out the next day to replace it, and even fixed a dodgy toilet flush mechanism (unasked) while he was waiting for the boiler to come up to temperature. Superb service from Russ as always, and thoroughly recommended."
