"Have used BNA for servicing our boiler. Benn and his team are very knowledgeable. This time they installed a new boiler. Work was completed very well and within a day. The out come is a more efficient system with radiators warming up much better. Will be using Benn to install new ensuite next year"

"Boiler installation. Wonderful experience. Planning of the work was easy, the team came on the day and arrived right on time, very professional and respectful. The work was carried on fast and they left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I couldn't recommend enough."

"Benn’s team completed all plumbing works for our new home, comprising 3 bathrooms, kitchen, utility, underfloor heating pipework and radiators on the first floor. Many key installations were time critical, such as laying underfloor heating pipes after insulation and before the concrete screed was poured. Benn’s team always turned up as promised. Paul was particularly great as he made sure he checked the position of fittings with us rather than just guessing. We are thrilled with our new home and love the 3 bathrooms and kitchen. BNA also fitted the 1st floor aluminium radiators and towel rails. I have needed a couple of minor return visits, for a shower control adjustment and a leaking sink waste trap. Neither were emergency situations but on both occasions someone was on site within a few days which I think is the mark of a good company. I have no hesitation in recommending Benn and his team for any domestic plumbing job."
