Are you looking for a damp proofing specialist who works in and around Nuneaton? Then look no further than BKM Midlands Ltd.

Based in Leicestershire BKM Midlands Ltd has over 10 years’ experience in damp proofing. We only use a modern Hydrophobic solution in the brick or blockwork of a property, this maintains breathability in the masonry and we only use our own lime-based, salt neutralising plasters to suit the majority of problems. Some underground locations require a "tanking" mortar if a fully sealed environment is necessary.

We are also specialists in the injection of waterproofing expanding epoxy resins and PU which react within water voids and holes inside the walls. We have an extensive range of our own products.

We don't treat timber or work with woodworm and beetle infestation, but do a number of timber floor reconstruction projects if required. Our work includes plastering but only where we have removed damaged plaster. We do not work with Gypsum as it's not breathable and cannot handle damp!

Damp proofing isn’t always straight forward. Our team of experts will diagnose the source of the damp and provide you with a report on recommended measures to treat it.

    "Prompt service, clear pricing and excellent work - Dampproofing of front bay, installing a snorkel also for myself and neighbours. The work was carried out on time, budget and decorated . The room looked better than before ! Brad and his team were courteous and left the house tidy and clean… and damp free . Would definitely recommend"
