"I asked Bill to come help remove a radiator and cap off the pipes. He had a few tricks to minimise the inevitable water spillage. It was all done neatly and with little fuss. He is clearly a skilled plumbing and heating engineer. Highly recommended."

"Bill was very patient and spent some time exploring the source of a very annoying leak in my kitchen. He was polite, knowledgeable and clean and tiny at all times. I would definitely recommend him as a tradesman to anyone as he is not only efficient but also a very nice man to boot."

"Solved a long standing drainage problem from the kitchen sink. Redesigned the plumbing, drilled through a 12 inch solid outer wall, and joined into a nearby exterior soil pipe. So clever. 3 other plumbers over a five year period had no success. Only had to make him an occasion cup of tea, no milk or sugar all day."
