All Your Property Services Ltd is a local tilers, plumbers and kitchen fitters situated in Hertfordshire. Our team of professional tile fitters are happy to take on all jobs of any size.
Tiles are often the finishing touch to a room adding an accent to bathroom and kitchen walls or floors throughout a home. Whilst many homeowners consider tiles to be purely decorative they also serve a purpose. Tiled floors need to be durable and evenly laid to prevent tripping and kitchen and bathroom tiles must be water tight and help to protect the walls. Our tile fitters are skilled in their trade. They will lay your tiles with precision and make sure that they are fit for purpose and look great too.

"My daughter found herself without heating and hot water first thing on Wednesday morning. We discovered BEAR Plumbing Heating and Tiling Ltd on a “google” search and gave them a call. The phone was answered clearly, cheerfully and professionally by Michelle, who got back to us minutes later to reassure us that someone would be with us later that day. Robert duly turned up as promised and didn’t take long to confirm that the boiler was beyond repair. Not what we wanted to hear, but after quoting to supply and fit a replacement boiler, he agreed to return on Saturday to complete the work. Robert arrived right on time on Saturday morning and worked until the job was finished restoring heat and hot water. Much appreciated! Everything was left neat and tidy. These things don’t happen often, thank goodness, but thankfully BEAR and in particular Robert were there to save the day. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!"

"Robert was professional, friendly, and tidy. His attention to detail is exceptional comparing photos from the previous year's service to identify any changes even beyond those reported by the boiler itself. He explained the result of the service and some follow up repair that was needed clearly and without being patronising. The report received was thorough and helpful and allowed us to give accurate information to the manufacturer who needed to come out to complete some warranty repairs. He obviously takes pride in his work asking for us to let him know the result of the repair to confirm is his suspicions were correct (they were). Many people would do their bit and walk away so his investment is refreshing."
