"Excellent service, Gary and team were quick to get a quote to us for the replacement of our boiler and arranged the install and power flush of the system. Everything was explained to us and on the day, the work was carried out without any issue. The team were very polite and friendly and all the work was professional with regular updates. Thanks to everyone for getting our heating and hot water back up and running!"

"I found Bear Phat Ltd on trust a trader. My boiler needed a service soon and I wanted to get my water cylinder checked immediately as it was making funny noises all night. I called Michelle this morning and she immediately arranged for Josh to come around. Josh looked at the fault first and then serviced my boiler. I have to say it was one of the most thorough boiler services I have had - Josh explained everything so carefully. Thank you Josh you were amazing - keep up the great work. I would highly recommend using Bear Phat Ltd to anyone. I certainly will be coming back to you in the future."
