"Excellent service, Gary and team were quick to get a quote to us for the replacement of our boiler and arranged the install and power flush of the system. Everything was explained to us and on the day, the work was carried out without any issue. The team were very polite and friendly and all the work was professional with regular updates. "I found Bear Phat Ltd on trust a trader. My boiler needed a service soon and I wanted to get my water cylinder checked immediately as it was making funny noises all night. I called Michelle this morning and she immediately arranged for Josh to come around. Josh looked at the fault first and then serviced my boiler. I have to say it was one of the most thorough boiler services I have had - Josh explained everything so carefully. Thank you Josh you were amazing - keep up the great work. I would highly recommend using Bear Phat Ltd to anyone. I certainly will be coming back to you in the future."

"Having been out previously and given and advisory on something that needed doing, we had no hesitation in calling them when the advisory needed doing. Our hot water tank was leaking. From the initial call on a Friday evening the communication was brilliant. Given the time of year we was impressed to be given a short wait time by Liam. Rob the engineer phoned before arriving and was prompt, so polite, respectful of our home and such a tidy workmanship and great communication was given from him throughout. Although we hope not to see him again to soon for any other work , we would not hesitate in calling them again for any future work. An amazing company and Rob is a credit to them. Thank you again Liam, Michelle and Rob."

"We recently had a persistent water leak into a downstairs room that four other accredited companies couldn’t locate or fix! I’m extremely happy to say that Bear located and fixed the leaking pipe behind my fridge, along with fixing a boiler issue and fitting my Water2 filter. Excellent job, all in good time and at a reasonable price. Thank you so much to the lovely man who visited, so polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I have already recommended to two friends."
