"I emailed Bear Plumbing, Heating and Tiling Ltd on Monday 30th December as my central heating pump had become very noisy. Liam contacted me within 2 hours and asked me to send pictures of the pump. Once he had received the pictures he was able to advise on the work needed and gave me an estimate of cost. John then came this morning, Saturday January 4th, to complete the work. John texted ahead of his visit and arrived promptly. He was very polite, clean, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything he had done and asked if I had any other concerns. An excellent service from start to finish, I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. Thank you Liam and John for the amazing service. Liz Adams"
