"When a boiler stops working you want to be sure that its going to be sorted out as soon as possible and be confident that the work will be carried out professionally. When Robert from BEAR P,H&T Ltd arrived to check out the problem, I was immediately confident that I could trust his opinion and work ethic and he didn't let me down. Robert turned up bang on time to carry out the work and did not seem to tire even though the boiler replacement was in the attic. Thanks Rob for the gift of heat and hot water. Also thanks to Liam for doing a great job on the flue. I would definitely use BEAR again and be happy to recommend them."

"Liam came to install a new boiler. He arrived at the time he said he would. He explained everything clearly and made sure to keep me updated as the work was carried out. He cleaned up well after and he did a thorough job. We are really happy with the new boiler and the service we received."
