"Liam responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and we quickly organised a convenient date for the work. Today his colleague John texted to let me know when he was around 45 mins away. He arrived during the agreed timescale and was friendly and polite. He assessed the problem (faulty toilet flush), explained what he thought was wrong and immediately set about work. His work was quick, neat and efficient. He tested the work thoroughly, explained exactly what had been wrong, what he'd done and showed me the damaged parts he'd had to replace as proof that the work had been necessary. I would have no hesitation recommending John and Liam from Bear Plumbing, Heating & Tiling and using them again in the future."
