"I found Bear Plumbing, Heating & Tiling on TrustATrader, and I'm really pleased with the overall process and results. I initially spoke with Michelle to discuss the works we were considering. She was quick to respond and booked in the initial visit to quote, and then the work itself. John did the work for us - installing a new bathroom vanity and sink unit, with a new towel radiator. The job had a few minor hiccups, but he worked through them really well and didn't complain, instead just focusing on getting the job done. He was polite from the start (initial visit to quote, and on the day of the job) and had a really good work attitude. He must not have liked the coffee I made for him though, as he left half of it. 😄 Overall, a great result and we're really pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend them."

"Excellent service went out of their way to reach me same day to sort an internal gas leak Gary was great explained everything he was doing and step by step throughout the visit -he found the leak quickly and was able to reinstate the gas supply and get the heating back on Fabulous service -Gary you’re a star"
