Our company has 30 years experience in the building industry. We are willing to take on extensions, loft conversions or larger complete new builds. The company covers all aspects of a build, from the groundwork, brickwork, plumbing, electrics, plastering down to the final finishing touches. All plumbing and electrics are covered with the correct certificates.

We take control of the job from start to finish removing as much of the pressure and stress from the customer as possible. BDC Construction works hand in hand with reliable architects and structural engineers so the customer can be involved in every aspect of the design of their house.

    "Ben, his team, and everyone else involved in our extension work (scaffolders, portaloo hire, leadwork, roofers) were all excellent. Great communication, happy to answer questions, courteous, tidy and hard working - resulted in a fantastic build that we are so pleased with.     "BDC Construction built an amazing extension on the front of our house. Throughout the process we were kept up to date with progress and the plan ahead, if any issues came up along the way, we were kept informed and BDC worked really hard to minimise the impact on either the timeline, end result or our budget. Our extension was far from straightforward as the whole roof was being replaced along with most of the front of the house being removed at some point, all whilst we were living there. Somehow BDC managed to do all this without any major impact to our daily routines, they kept the site clean, tidy and secure which helped to make the whole process much easier. The quality, attention to detail and workmanship at all stages was very high and all the team BDC brought in to work on various stages of the build were highly skilled, polite and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BDC Construction in the future."

    "We hired Ben to replace an old conservatory with a single storey extension. The work done by Ben and his team was exceptional. The finish and attention to detail is fantastic and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Both he and his team were professional, friendly, and kept us informed on all aspects of the build. Ben also shared his ideas for improvements, which meant we achieved the best possible outcome from the budget. Overall, a stress free experience and we would certainly recommend Ben and his BDC team to anyone looking for an exceptional builder Sincere thanks to them all."

    Glenn - Image 1 "Very pleased with the work from Ben and the team. This was our 2nd time using Ben. Once on our previous house (7 yrs ago) which was a loft conversion and side extension. This time around we added additional family space to the rear. Ben dealt with all the trades from the piling foundations through to completion. There was alterations along the way and these were incorporated as we went so we achieved the build and finish we wanted. The site was kept clean and tidy and Ben was considerate in keeping the existing house and work area partitioned off so we could continue to live normally. The build came in on budget and we discussed the extras as we went so I had control over the budget with no surprises. Overall a pleasant experience with Ben and the team and I would happily use Ben again in the future and recommend BDC Construction (South East)."
