    "Pete is an outstanding guy. Conscientious, caring, kind and considerate. Had an issue with a jackdaw trapped in a flue. He was as concerned for the bird as we were. Thankfully no damage done. Work completed and Jackdaw flew away as if it hadn't been trapped for hours. Cannot recommend Pete highly enough."
