"the trade people were very polite, always on time, great workmanship, very pleased with end result. Gary was very helpful on advise, small little extras added with no extra cost. made the washroom look bigger. great workmanship will use them again if needed."

"Balance & Company Essex Ltd has worked for my self and family in varouis homes over the past 30 years a d have fiited new kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms , flooring plastering ,electrtics with decorations . They have always been there if so needed and never messed us about Very poilet staff & freindly . Trevor as one of his staff very good at what he does just like all of his staff nothing is no trouble and if something goes wrong with what they have done it is no worries at all they would be Here asap to correct any faults (if there was anything wrong with anything they have done as no problums at all) never has asked for more money just comes and sorts any deflets out if any. Always Written quotes given and very well explained with paper work Gary knows his job with all of the building trades This Company is Which Endosed and i can see why it is Pat Canvey Island"
