"Tomasz visited us to look at a water leak and within minutes of being in the house had already identified where the leak was coming from. His ability to do that and the to isolate and fix the issue was superb. He works quickly, efficiently and nothing ever seems to be a problem for him. He is super friendly and the quality of his work is superb, also leaving my house spotless after he had fixed everything, just excellent service and work from him. I've used Baker Smith for a few years now and have always found them to be excellent at all sorts of issues we have had, would recommend them to you if you want a great job done."

"Baker Smith have been very easy to deal with coordinating the removal of bath and a new shower set up for my elderly mother. They always replied to emails and were very kind when I rang with the queries relating to tile options. The engineer who worked at mum's house was punctual, polite, patient and always left the bathroom clean at the end of the day. We are delighted with the finished shower area and would highly recommend Baker Smith to anyone."
