    "Very happy to recommend Baker Smith. I used them for emergency call out to resolve a leak on my hot water cylinder. My call was answered quickly and this was followed up with text messages to explain when the Engineer would be arriving. The Engineer Tom attended promptly, diagnosed the problem, proposed the solution then carried out the agreed works before testing to ensure all was working correctly."

    "This was an emergency callout to replace a central heating motorised valve. The company were very professional and helpful. The engineer attended promptly and completed the work without fuss. Very impressive. I would recommend without hesitation."

    "I cannot recommend Baker Smith highly enough. We recently had a leak but had no idea where it was coming from - Baker Smith were our saviors! They traced and found the leak for us, explained what would need to happen to repair it and did the repair brilliantly. Both Liam and Mark were extremely professional and knowledgeable and Ginny was fantastic - overall I was so impressed with their service I will 100% use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."
