"This was an emergency callout to replace a central heating motorised valve. The company were very professional and helpful. The engineer attended promptly and completed the work without fuss. Very impressive. I would recommend without hesitation."

"I cannot recommend Baker Smith highly enough. We recently had a leak but had no idea where it was coming from - Baker Smith were our saviors! They traced and found the leak for us, explained what would need to happen to repair it and did the repair brilliantly. Both Liam and Mark were extremely professional and knowledgeable and Ginny was fantastic - overall I was so impressed with their service I will 100% use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."

Mark - Image 1 "Communications was prompt, given a Quote by the Boss of an hour and even said it shouldn’t be more than an hour and a half but got Billed for Two Hours !! Work was good overall But Not Recommended due to extortionate Labour charges."

Unfortunately, our estimate was given over the phone and was of necessity only meant to be a very approximate guide based on information received, however, our rates were confirmed in writing prior to commencing work.
