"Firstly, Mark and his team are exceptional communicators, our quote was delivered speedily and to a professional standard. They were responsive leading up to the work, during and after, which sets them above a lot of other companies I’ve worked with. Secondly, the work itself was tricky as it had to be carried out in a tight (and very hot) loft space. Everyone remained jolly and hard-working throughout, making sure that the work was of a high quality. They’re also great problem solvers, overcoming unforeseen obstacles to get the job done. Highly recommend!"
