"Damien was recommended to us by an Architect, and converted our garage into a bedroom. Can't fault him in his work. All the tradespeople he used were top notch and spoke very respectfully of him. He is passionate about his work and clearly enjoys solving problems to achieve a great result. Our work required the moving of gas and electricity meters, Damien knew exactly how to work with the utility companies and saved us time and money. Whenever we mentioned any detail about how we'd like something done it was remembered and done wonderfully. When building inspectors came, even the advisories that they mentioned (eg extra lagging to an existing roof) had already been done. This was our first building project and Damien explained everything clearly to us. Communication was very clear, we always knew when things were happening and he kept his word. We would definitely use him again."

"As a woman I am always wary of tradesmen trying to take advantage by saying extra work is needed or doing a bad job but charging double. Damien came out and gave me advice on how to go about completing the job and is one of the most genuine people I've ever met. I instantly felt that I could trust him, to the point that I was happy for him to complete the first part of my garden project while I was away on holiday last November. Nothing was too much trouble, for him or the people he brought in to work with him. Everyone was polite, respectful and a pleasure to have in my home. B&C did an excellent job in November and have recently been to complete the garden and it's of such a high quality that 6 of my friends and family have now taken his details. I can't recommend this company enough!"

Kate - Image 1 "Damien worked on our house for around 5 months during 2021 doing a big front , rear and side extension along with a patio and shed base. Wow what can I say? Given the difficult year with material shortages etc he handled the whole situation amazingly with no worries and always keeping me at ease and informed! I feel so lucky to have found such a kind, trustworthy and hard working builder. He and his team were utterly fantastic from start to finish. Always somebody on site and easily contactable. Shaun was also fab. Damien went above and beyond in every aspect really making sure he brought ideas to the table that would work best for us as a household and preparing our home for our future. I could not recommend Damien highly enough and would have him back for any and all future work without a second thought! Thank you Damien and your team for giving us the home we dreamed of. We couldn’t be more grateful!"

"We used B & C Construction to remove a wall and install an rsj, great work finished to a high standard, the job was completed in the expected time frame and the team were reliable. Highly recommended for a professional finish and overall stress free experience!"
