"found B and C Construction on check a trade ,Damien came to see me regarding fitting a new concrete floor in my utility room including pipework and drains found him to be a real genuine person , very polite ,explained everything that was required how long it would take and gave a very good quote .Once a contract was set up ,a start date was given ,they were here on time every day ,worked tidy and cleaned up every day (probably the cleanest work people i ve ever had) they completed the job on time with no problems with there work ,i would definately use them again and certainly recommend them"

"We were introduced to Damien by our architect who described him as a perfectionist. And that’s exactly what we got! We could not be happier with our single storey utility extension. Communication throughout the build was excellent, Damien phoned us, or was on site, every day to keep us up to date and offer reassurance with any concerns we had. He managed all questions raised by building control and we were confident everything would meet / exceed building regs. Damiens subcontractors were brilliant, their standards matched his. Where value can be added to a project Damien and his team add it, he genuinely wanted us to be pleased with our new space. A very fair payment schedule was agreed at the start, it never put us at financial risk. If you are looking for a genuine, fair, reputable, highly skilled builder and more, look no further. An absolute gem!"

"In my experience, Damien Green has demonstrated his commitment to provide a first class product, at a fair price and within an agreed timeframe; he has a great understanding of customer requirements moreover, he has great foresight and he has made numerous suggestions of pre- emptive work which could be carried out to avoid unnecessary costs further down the line - for example, in creating a new patio for us, he asked if we were likely to want to illuminate the garden and suggested that an appropriate lighting supply was installed in readiness - just one of the many ways in which he made thoughtful suggestions! Overall, as a result of the quality of his work, he has completed a planned utility / breakfast room extension and, subsequently, landscaped our rear and front garden including a bespoke pergola with lighting! We now would like him to do further work in our house and have been happy to recommend him to others. Note he is in great demand but quality is worth waiting for!"
