"Todd came back with a competitive and fair quote, which was very comprehensive and included everything. The finished job came in on budget and they had people on site everyday for the duration of the project. It was quite a big job (2 storey side extension with 2 new bathooms), but Todd and his team got it done in a very reasonable timescale. He was very flexible and went out of his way to keep the gas on and lounge available as long as possible. He was very attentive and pro-active and we were able to completely trust him and his team. On a personal level, we got on very well with Todd and his team and they genuinely made the process painless for us, nothing was too much trouble and Todd's experience attention to detail kept the project flowing smoothly. I couldn't recommend them enough."

"We have no hesitation in recommending Todd and his team to anyone looking for a reliable building firm. Over last summer they carried out extensive renovation works in our house, from replacing the windows to rewiring via remodelling and redecorating several rooms with all work completed to a very high standard. From start to finish they have helped us to turn our vision for the house into reality - they listened to our sometimes vague ideas, gave sound advice on how to achieve our goals or suggesting alternatives that we would not have considered. The whole team were courteous and considerate as they worked and were genuinely nice people to be around. Sometimes it can be difficult finding someone truly interested in delivering what you want - so If you are looking for more than just a builder, but want to work with a firm in a truly collaborative way to achieve your desired results then Ayling are the people you need. We have already booked them for more work in 2026!"

"Rear extension Todd has done a brilliant job on my extension nothing was too much trouble he goes above and beyond too make the customer happy all his tradesman are polite good at what they do clean up after they’ve finished very happy with the work they did would highly recommend thank you Todd"

"Todd and all of the team at Ayling Building Service were fantastic from start (design concepts) through to the finish (realization and delivery of all requirements). They took our initial vision, enhanced and improved it, and subsequently delivered more than we could ever have envisaged, expected, or asked for. The team delivered an extension (with bi-fold doors), new kitchen, new bathroom, new heating system, new downstairs cloakroom (WC) a full electrical re-wire, front drive, and patio to the rear. Their approach was extremely helpful and friendly which helped to alleviate and minimize our stress and fears. They answered all of our questions with patience and expert knowledge. The skill level of all the staff and contractors involved was exceptional and the quality of the outcome was superb. We would not hesitate to recommend their services to others and would gladly have them back to work on our future projects."
