"Whilst looking after my mother's home early evening, arrived one day to find the central heating boiler had failed. Phoned AWPS. Enginner was very knowledgeable over the phone, identified a number of potential causes (including the correct one). Agreed to come out. Arrived promptly as arranged, confirmed diagnosis and adjusted the system restoring functionality. Showed me how to do it, which was appreciated. Very pleased with outcome, excellent service. I highly recommend AWPS based on this experience and would use again. Many thanks for you assistance."

"Quick and professional service. Our boiler stopped igniting, so I dropped AWPS a message through their website. Got a response later that morning, and Andrew turned up 30 minutes later, found the issue, collected a replacement part and had the boiler working again shortly afterwards. Would recommend."
