"Quick and professional service. Our boiler stopped igniting, so I dropped AWPS a message through their website. Got a response later that morning, and Andrew turned up 30 minutes later, found the issue, collected a replacement part and had the boiler working again shortly afterwards. Would recommend."

Jonathan Haskell - Image 1 "Sloppy messy service & left us with a leaking boiler, house smelly & cold as we have to leave windows open - now getting another engineer in to fix. When tried to contact put phone down or left to voicemail & ignored e-mails. I do not recommend."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback, customer service is very important to us. The customer told me that the boiler leaked before I started the service, this was not caused by us. The customer consistently asked for extra works to be done at no cost to him which I had to politely decline. We did try to resolve the issues but unfortunately we were unable to.
