"Came to give advice and a quote on chimney capping. Were informative and honest about what needed to be done (nothing urgently, as it turned out) and explained clearly. Very friendly, good communication, knowledgeable and honest"

"I was asked by my parents to find a chimney repair company who were reliable and trustworthy and didn't call them mate when answering the phone to make an enquiry. Initial visit for a quote was Thursday 19th September and they returned after my parents were happy with the quote and punctuality and appearance of both gentlemen. Just paint next week and they are completed. I can safely say they are wonderful. Working in the Vale of Glamorgan."

"I hired Avalon Roofing to fix ponding on my roof. After their inspection, I was advised that a new roof was needed to solve the issue. However, after the new roof was fitted, exactly the same problem persisted. Avalon Roofing's lack of expertise have left me lots of pounds out of pocket with no improvement. They also delayed in responding to my concerns, prolonging the issue. I’ve been left with additional problems, including poorly executed repairs on other areas of my property. I would not recommend this company."
Trader reply: "The problem is nothing to do with my roof that's installed its the actual beams on the building that need raising I was ask to make it water tight and that's what I did"
