"Not enough space to explain on here the catalogue of issues and disappointment. Quoted me £60 as I'd bought parts and drained cistern. Part didn't fit. He got new one. Didn't fit. Quoted me £50 extra for new water saving system and new flusher (cheap and plastic, feels loose already) Half of which was unusable as it didn't fit either. Prompt response initially which was pleasing and returned next day as promised..is the only positive. Left a pool of water and white debris over shoes in porch on first day. Then all the rubbish and unused parts in my sink. The most disappointing part apart from the price (and it not being good quality) works but barely flushes (initially 60 then 50 for parts he bought but only used half) is that he then said cost is £110 + vat. He sent invoice for £132 and bank details. When I viewed the invoice, I noticed the was no VAT registration number. I queried it and he made an excuse but I should just pay the £110. I reluctantly did. I don't recommend. Sorry"
Trader reply: "Hi Anicka, thank you writhing me, I read the letter with regret, when I left the apartment you found everything in order, everything worked and you told me that you were satisfied with my work. Yes, I made a mistake when issuing the invoice, I fixed it. I did leave the used old parts in the sink, but I strongly protest that I didn't leave a mess behind. I don't know why you changed your mind, I tried to call you on the phone but there was no answer, if I can help you with anything, please let me know."

"I had a great experience with Attila who did some plumbing work in my home. He called before the appointment which was convenient and actually showed up when he said he would! He was very professional and the work was completed efficiently. The first tradesman who actually cleaned up after himself. I will certainly use him again."
