"We had a problem with our heating system that 5 other plumbing and heating companies failed to solve. Tomasz took time to diagnose the problem and systematically worked through potential solutions until the issue was fixed. "Reached out for help on FB and Tomasz replied fairly promptly. Relayed what was the issue with my gas fire and he asked for me to send pictures of the model. He told me he would be with me at a certain time and was punctual and polite. He diagnosed the problem and the issue was with the fires remote control receiver. He got in touch with the company and new part was ordered (extortionate Not Tomasz's fault). He asked for me to message when the part arrived which I duly did, he told me again he would be with me and gave an ETA, again punctual. He fitted new device and did all the relevant checks (carbon monoxide etc) fire was repaired and working. Efficient and re3asonable would recommend thank you Tomasz"

"Really happy with Tomasz who went above and beyond to help us when our boiler started leaking. Worked out very quickly what the problem was, stopped the leak and ordered the parts required. Came back and fixed it, he did a very thorough check to make sure it was 100% sorted. Left everything clean and tidy. Will definitely be using him again for annual servicing and any other work we need. Would definitely recommend 100% to anyone."
