From a detailed gap analysis of your current asbestos arrangements, carrying out project specific targeted surveys to undertaking full management surveys throughout the entire portfolio.

ACS can tailor a programme to suit your needs. We specialise in the creation and management of web-based asbestos registers, utilising industry leading software. Using this data to develop and implement risk rated re-inspection and remedial programmes. The services we offer provide our clients assistance in achieving greater compliance, streamlining processes and therefore result in significant cost savings.

As part of Regulation 4 of CAR 2012 – the Duty to Manage Asbestos in Non-Domestic Premises, it is the Duty holder’s responsibility to:

• Locate asbestos materials
• Produce and maintain written records of the locations of sampled and presumed ACMs
• Assess the risk of exposure
• Provide suitable recommendations for the ongoing management of sampled and presumed ACMs
• Prepare a plan to manage the risk and put into effect
• Inform anyone who is potentially at risk of exposure
• Audit the Asbestos Management Plan on a regular basis

All the above points can be addressed by implementing and maintaining accurate and user-friendly asbestos registers. Duty holders often make the mistake of accepting a series of standalone asbestos reports as suitable means of managing asbestos within their premises. Similarly, an asbestos register is only an effective management tool if it is kept up to date and the records are accurate and accessible.

    "The guys from Asbestos Compliance Solutions were admirable. I received their utmost attention from the moment I contacted them, they were able to assess the job from my descriptions and pictures, The quote I was given was reasonable, considering how delicate the job was. On the two days they worked, they made sure the environment was safe for us and our cat to stay upstairs and they cleaned all the dust and left a really clean floor and a safe home. No damage was done to the property either, really impressed with that. The Company that had to fit the new floor was also impressed with how clean the job was. I would totally recommend them to friends and family."

    "The service provided was excellent from initial phone call through to completion. On day of work two very friendly chaps arrived on time and completed the demolition and clearance of an old asbestos garage while wearing full protective overalls and full face masks leaving the site spotlessly clean. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring asbestos removal top marks from me. Stewart Wardle"

    "The team replaced out old leaking asbestos roof with a metal one, of which we had a choice of colours. They also removed the asbestos covering redundant piping in the garage. Can’t fault any of their work and was all fine in a timely manner. Very professional and efficient service, highly recommended."
