"Arthur turned up to help track down a water leak in the kitchen. Arther found the leak behind some cupboards. We needed the help from Thames water. When we called Thames Water they said we would have to wait 5 days. Arthur called them and got them to agree to turn up later that day. Arthur stayed with us for 5 hours waiting for Thames water. Eventually Arther went home but came back the following day to inish the job. Arrhur did a great job and without his help we woukd have been emptying buckets for 5 days. Would recommend Arthur to anyone"

"Arthur was punctual, polite and respectful. He sent a text message to say that he was on his way to carry out the work. He said talked through the job with me and set about the task of removing an old inset gas fire. There was an ugly pipe protruding from the wall which I thought would have to stay in place but he managed to resolve that issue. He showed me the gas readings after the fire removal and checked the gas cooker. Arthur very kindly took the fire away for me. I was really happy with the job and would certainly recommend him."
