We are a reliable and hard working family team with over 15 years experience in laying drives with up-to-date materials. We always work to time and to budget.

If youre in the market for a new driveway or path then you will need to decide how to pave your driveway.

Youll probably have two traditional options to choose from: Block Paving or Asphalt.

Planning Permission Specific Rules
These apply for householders wanting to pave over their front gardens. You will not need planning permission if a new or replacement driveway of any size uses permeable (or porous) surfacing which allows water to drain through, such as gravel, permeable concrete block paving or porous asphalt, or if the rainwater is directed to a lawn or border to drain naturally.

W & M - Image 1 "We were so pleased that we selected Armoured Drives. Felix has so much enthusiasm and knowledge that we felt confident with what was being proposed. The work we had done was fences to both sides of our property, a beautiful statement entrance step, block paving around the perimeter and finished the driveway with tarmac. His team were amazing and hard working. Every attention to detail was just great. We would highly recommend Felix and can't praise him and his company enough. Thank you so much for a fantastic job!"

Tim - Image 1 "I recently had my garden refurbished, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team laid a brand-new patio, installed new fence panels, re-levelled and re-seeded the back garden, and even put in a conduit for an armoured cable. They were quick, efficient, and professional throughout. Highly recommend!"

"Well managed and organised, everything was done as agreed and more. The men were punctual, hard working and courteous. The pavement joining the drive was tarmacced unasked for because “it looked scruffy.” The flowerbed incorporated in the design was filled with topsoil. Everything was left in a clean and tidy state. Value for money, our resin drive is a pleasure to look at, adding value to the house."
