steven - Image 1 "Very polite, he made laugh, I think he was trying his best to get under the hour, he did, by 3 minutes. He spoke to me on the phone and put me at ease. Just have a look at their ratings. They tell you the price on the email, then it’s up to you. A service and a wiring fault on a Vaillant £132 vat included."
