    "I contacted Arcadius Group Ltd to conduct a structural survey of my flat particularly to advise on several cracks appearing in the walls and a damp issue. Chimdi came and inspected the flat. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He quickly reassured me that the cracks were cosmetic and not a structural problem which was a great relief. He advised me on the damp issue, and suggested the most cost efficient solution. Highly recommended!"
