Charlie - Image 1 "We asked for a quote for our hallway which included the ceiling, walls, all doors including wood work to be rubbed down and repainted. Also requested washable paint. This was supposed to be done over two days, on the first day when we got home from work, wasn’t happy with the paint runs on doors and surrounds. We text to let him know but we received no reply. He came the next day and by 10am I got the invoice for his works. I asked about the paint runs and was advised, I’m sure it will be fine. When we arrived home, there was no evidence to suggest anything else had been done. We text him and said we were still not happy with it and asked him to return at the weekend, when we would be present or he could take money of the bill and we would sort it! He responded immediately agreeing to reduce invoice but asked for immediate payment. We felt the job was rushed!"
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. There was one run on the woodwork which I corrected on the second day without any email/text from the client, the other runs noted by the customer was on woodwork that I was not contracted to paint. I made every effort to protect all their flooring and masked up accordingly. I also cleared up their property and did not leave any mess. Kind regards Apple Property Maintenance."
