"Apple and Oak were not our first choice. I had been recommended a similar contractor by a friend and not wanting to go with that recommendation without other quotes I searched Google finding Apple and Oak. When I first contacted Adam he was very engaging over the phone and from the moment I met him in person when he measured to quote I could tell he was very professional and honest. Adam provided a comprehensive quote based on my requirements and I found it comparable with other quotes. What set him apart from the others was his attention to detail and knowledge of the product he was to install. From the moment we agreed Apple and Oak were to be our chosen contractor Adam took the time to explain everything in detail. On day one of the installation he and his team arrived and the installation ran to timetable, despite some inclement January weather. The whole Apple and Oak team were fantastic throughout. Thoughtful, clean and professional through every process."
