"Roy came out to investigate a leak we had. He promptly found where it was, realised he needed a part to sort it, went to go get part and fixed. Whilst he was here, he also looked at one of our radiators that wasn’t heating up. He did a great job and it was nice to chat with him whilst he was here."

"Roy called to confirm the appointment prior to arriving. He did an excellent job plumbing in a new standalone toilet cistern to a very old and shonky bit of pipework. His work stands out against the old pipework because it is so much neater. He took exactly the amount of time estimated for the job, despite it being a bit non standard and he cleared up afterwards leaving the bathroom nice and tidy. All in all a great job. Highly recommended."

"Above and Beyond 5 stars. Roy and Roy have been fantastic from start to finish, having just completed at Kitchen for us and I’m over the moon. They are both professional and friendly. Tidy every step of the way. Keep you updated as they go along. The workmanship is second to none right down to the finer detail. "Roy and Roy recently completed a shower room and kitchen install. Their work was first class. Everything was completed in the time specified, they were clean and tidy and very friendly people. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody."
