He communicates without jargon and ensures you understand everything. Each day, I received a text/call the evening before to confirm arrival time the next morning and each morning he ensured I was happy with the work done the day before. "Greeted with a handshake and introduction which was so refreshing. Gary immediately put shoe covers on before entering the property. Gary took time to explain what had gone wrong and why the part needed replacing and not repairing. There was no mess left behind at all. Prior to Gary visiting, we had agreed on a cost and this was adhered to. I will be using Apex Plumber again and would not hesitate to recommend this business."

"Gary and his team did an incredible job for my daughter and son in law , a full central heating system was required. He talked us through the options and gave great advice , when work started his attention to detail was first class which continued right to the finish of the job.
