Ian Halstead - Image 1 "I did a lot of research before purchasing an air source heat pump because I had heard a lot of negative comments on them. I now have one and can not be more pleased. I did however learn very early on that the key to a very successful installation is solely down to the company that installs it. Apex from day one could not do enough to help me, they handled all the complicated calculations in order to get it right and they did, they got it spot on. The installation itself was excellent and dealt with complete professionalism. As I mentioned above the most important thing about getting a heat pump is making sure the company that installs it knows what they are doing and they don't come any better than this company, I can't thank Paul and his team enough."
