"I first met Andi before he'd started his business. He was clearly very knowledgeable and customer-focused and given the very poor service I'd received from a large security firm I decided to take a risk on him. I'm so glad I did! He has done a brilliant job for us, taking over a rather complex existing system, maintaining it and upgrading it as we've gone along. He has been very persistent in dealing with any problems that arose, particularly given that it wasn't a new system and isn't all his kit. He now looks after our alarm, CCTV, security lighting and gates. He has also helped with a major improvement to our broadband - something well beyond his normal scope but working with another friend to implement a solution that no-one else had come up with. Highly recommend"
