C Anderson & Sons LLP is a long established family business with more than 40 years in the plumbing and heating trade. Mr Anderson snr. has been an associated member of the Institute of Plumbing since 1982. The company is also Corgi registered (Corgi number 31077) and a member of the associate of the Plumbing and Heating Contractors (APHC).
Three other members of the family work full time at the company, Crawford Anderson Jr joined the company in 1999 and now takes an active role in the day and day running of the company along side senior manager and partner Martin Lynch.
Customer service is always our first consideration, and we only undertake work we can manage with total confidence. All Engineers are employed by C Anderson & Sons LLP and not subcontracted out. We also operate a very intensive apprentice programme for young people local in the area, and have our own in-house qualified operatives.

Aneal - Image 1 "Extremely poor business practices. Here’s what happened: I paid a deposit via credit card (providing my 3-digit pin) to book a plumber for a blocked sink. They promised to come Wednesday, so I took a day off without pay. They didn’t show and rescheduled for Thursday—another lost day of work. When the plumber finally arrived, he forgot his tools. He charged me extra to drive to Fulham to retrieve them, taking 48 minutes for a 23-minute round trip. Once he finished, he poured acid all over my £240 stainless steel sink, damaging it. He also falsely reported the job as 4 hours, though it was only 2 hours 38 minutes. When I disputed the time & charges, offering a compromise, they ignored my concerns and charged my card without sending an invoice or allowing me to approve the report. The plumber never followed up, and no one has responded to my emails. Would not recommend."

"Charged me close to GBP700 for not doing what I asked nor solving the issue. I ordered a gas engineer to check on water tank and overflow pipe and told them I had already had drainage engineer and regular plumber in to investigate a leak. The plumber they sent spent 5h doing some drainage work which had just been completed. I also asked to call me to discuss the work, and my tenant offered to put him through to me as I am the landlord based abroad, plumber didn't call me nor wanted to speak to me. Just wanted to bill a huge number of works to do unnecessary work. I spoke with the trader who refused to refund some of my unfairly charged money. Would not recommend this trader."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. * Your comments and feedback do not give a true reflection of the works we completed and the issue we resolved. I know you used other third party contractors who failed to identify and resolve the issue when you contacted us you reported your tenant had a leak. We requested the third party reports which were never supplied to us and just informed us they could not identify the cause of the leak. You wanted us to fix the leak as the issue was reported to us on a Friday and it was entering the weekend. My engineer attended and found the issue of the leak which stemmed from a blockage in your sink pipework which was causing the leak and we proceeded to clear the blockage and resolve the leak which was signed and verified by your tenant to confirm the scope of works completed. My engineer spent 5 hours working on site to carry out these works and successfully completed the job. My technical manager attended the next day and confirmed the works had resolved the issue and gave you a quotation for a full lasting fix to the issue. We attempted to call you as you are out of the country as requested throughout the job but you failed to answer your phone or get back to us which is beyond our control. Upon completion of the job you requested a full refund saying the works were not completed despite your tenant confirming otherwise, as our email correspondence shows."

"Paid £112.50 for a quote to get my toilet flush fixed. They quoted £790+VAT for 5-7hrs work. A third party came and did the same job in just over 2hrs for less than 1/4 the price. Wouldn't recommend this company based on my experience."
