"Communication was not always great. Have not received the receipt for payment which was done on the day of completion. Have not heard from them or had my 10year guarantee. !!!"

"Very polite and gave me a reasonable quote, the quotation explained exactly what he was going to carry out and I had had multiple quotes and felt I could trust him. Also was told he was a member of trust a trade which I felt gave me more of a guarantee. That’s where it ended!! He did not turn up on the first day! He then stripped my roof on the Monday and wanted a down payment of £250 which wasn’t a problem and I gave him that money. He then never turned up the next day and would not return my calls !! I contacted trust a trade who were very helpful and he then contacted me and said he had van problems. He then turned up the day after, I add I had no protection on the roof!! and then finished the job saying he had done everything he had quoted me for !! I found it very difficult to know what he had done but payed him the final balance. My roof tiles are asbestos and the agreement was to take all of them away!! After I had payed him I realised he had hidden them at the back of the house. I contacted him and have had multiple promises of him picking them up! They are still there!!"

"I'd like to say that they were friendly, polite and their manners were exceptional. I've had bad experiences in the past but Alfie and his team were as professional as could be. Not only did they do the work promised but they went out of their way to fix a couple of other things for me free of charge. A company I will definitely use again when needed. Thankyou guys and thankyou for also cleaning up mess that nothing to do with you. 5* service."

"My flat roof was leaking into my kitchen and was causing lots of problems. Very quick response, communication and turnover from Alfie and the team and I am very satisfied with the works completed. Would definitely recommend to others."
