    "The work involved supplying and fitting RSJs to support an existing concrete path as well as undertaking a large amount of re-pointing and some stonework. From coming out to quote through to completing the job I found Andy reliable, flexible and easy to communicate with. Nothing was too much, and he undertook additional work mending cracks in an outside wall, which I really appreciated. His son Alan jet-washed after finishing, leaving everything nice and clean. I already recommended AMP Property Maintenance to my neighbours, and have more work lined up for them come spring."

    "The estimate given was in alignment with another estimate received. Andy and his son Allan have been very pleasant, easy to get on with and willing to discuss requirements and progress. They have uplifted the appearance of the house by installing white plastic soffits and fascias, new black gutters and downpipes, a new replacement window at the rear of the property, painting the front windows and renovating the roof by scraping off the moss and treating it with a fungicide, applying mortar where needed and replacing any cracked or broken tiles. To finish off a water proofing coloured sealant was applied to create the appearance of a new roof."

    "After our extension was completed, we were left with a number of very loose bricks and breeze blocks in the loft roof space. Andy has made a very tidy and effective repair. I was apprehensive about the work and he was very good at explaining how he would fix the problem when quoting and was happy to show me what he was doing whilst working. The work was carried out at the agreed time and the property was left clean and tidy. I would use him again."
