"So, this is not a trader at all - this is an agency that will find you someone to do the job required. They just charge £120 for this service - for booking as they call it. Once repairman comes you don't have any more contacts with them. I believe some people won't figure this out but it is what it is - an intermediary agency that connects clients with people / companies who actually do the work. Would be fine if advertised like this and if they were explaining this to the clients but they are not. Avoid at any cost - you can save £120 just by spending 20 minutes online and dialling couple of phone numbers. ·"

"Very impressed with the friendly and efficient service from Niamh who handled my initial inquiry. Jason from CCPlumbing came very quickly and solved an horrendous leak coming through kitchen ceiling. So impressed that we've asked him to fit a new shower unit for us. An excellent service and I have no hesitation in recommending them."
