"This company responded promptly, sorted out a local plumber who came well within the time stipulated. The fees were very good, with no hidden costs. The fees don't include the cost of materials, and that was explained to us. They kept us up to date as did the plumber. He was excellent, polite and professional, and did a great job. I would recommend this company."

"Great service . Kept me up to date with engineers visiting my property with names and times. 2 engineers came this morning with the part they needed and the job was completed. They thoroughly checked all the heating system inside and out. Thank you"

"Whilst the initial contact was ok, they got my name wrong, and then gave the plumber the wrong postcode despite me confirming it 3 times, so he ended up at some campsite miles away and was very late. I therefore feel the £180 booking fee was not justified. However when the plumber finally arrived, he was fantastic and sorted my blocked sink."
