"We found all aspects very professional, we've recently gone through a dreadful situation with a rogue builder that didn't repair our chimney properly and we had water still getting into our attic and the roof tiles they put on our roof in July 2024 started falling off. Daniel and Lee came to our rescue and sorted the situation out for us and filmed the atrocious work. However we desperately need a breakdown of the cost of the work the rogue traders left out roof and chimney in, if we'd received the information it would have been 5 stars all round."
