"Rangemaster oven problem was sorted quickly, cleanly and politely by Lucas, the engineer who carried out the work. The cos was a lot less than it would have been had we had the work done by the manufacturers."

"**Terrible Service - Tumble Dryer Still Not Fixed** I paid for a tumble dryer repair, but after three engineer visits, the issue remains unresolved. The first visit identified a faulty part, which was replaced, but the problem persisted. Despite confirming a third appointment, no engineer arrived, and no manager called me back as promised. Weeks without a dryer in winter have been a nightmare, forcing me to use a laundrette at extra cost. I also lost time off work for these failed visits. I’m requesting a full refund for this appalling service."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback I have looked into this repair and I can see that it came to us via an insurance company. Parts needed were ordered in a timely manner and was authorised by the insurance provider. The job was raised with the initial date of 25.10.2024 and completed on 08.11.2024 which is within our SLA. Regarding a refund, this is something the customer would need to raise with the insurance company, as we have not taken any payments in relation to this call and the job would have been invoiced to the client. "Cannot fault this company at all. Every single member of staff I have spoken to has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service, from the minute the phone is picked up to the completion of repair. Service people are punctual, polite and thorough and don't do a half job. They won't stop til an issue is resolved to their satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them."
