"I called Alan to arrange for a defective thermostat to be replaced and spoke to Emma, who helpfully arranged for Alan to attend after he finished another job in my area. Alan replaced the thermostat in about ten minutes and tested that the new one worked, along with a second thermostat on the 1st floor. I can't recommend Alan the Gas Man highly enough - 5 stars across the board 👍"

"Alan helped us after our boiler was incorrectly installed by the previous gas man. Alan gave us an estimate of work and timeline and delivered punctually and it's all working smoothly now. We are very happy with his and Emma's customer service and their expertise and standard of work. This is a perfect gas man for anyone."
