    "Gave Ivor a call, he came around same day. Got a a quote a few days later. Told him I wasn't in any rush to get the work completed and he can start the job when has an opening. When he did come, he completed the job in 4 days, overall quality was good. Very pleased with the end result. I'd give his number to anyone who has bathroom related work that needs doing. Best of all is that he completed the entire job by himself, plasterboard, tiling, flooring and shower fitting. Nice guy, friendly and trustworthy. Overall very satisfied."

    Mark - Image 1 "I recently purchased a house in the Hampton Gardens area and decided to replace the Cloakroom and main bathroom. I came across AK Property Maintenance on TrustaTrader and contacted them for a quote. Aivaras, who owns the business, stopped by to have a look at the work I wanted done. He quoted me a fair price, which was significantly lower than a previous quote given to me by another company. I had also read the reviews and pictures of the previous jobs carried out by Aivaras, before deciding to hire him to carry out the work. After three weeks, both rooms are more or less complete and I absolutely love the high standard of the work Carried out by Aivaras. Honestly, the bathroom and Cloakroom have been transformed and look absolutely stunning. Aivaras is not just a fantastic bathroom fitter, but an excellent worker, a gentleman, reliable and respectful. He is dedicated, determined and dependable. Highly recommended!"

    "Ivor has helped me many times with renovations and well as repairs in my rental properties. He's always give a good price for the quality services provided. He's quick to identify any problems and once it's fixed I never needed to revisit it again. Highly recommended!"
