"A&K Heating & Plumbing provide an exceptional standard of service, combining technical expertise with integrity and clear communication. I first engaged the company in 2022 for a complex boiler fault that other engineers had misdiagnosed. Sean Kelly carried out a detailed assessment, identified the correct component failure, and completed a challenging repair that restored reliable operation for several years. In 2026, when further issues arose, Sean again demonstrated professionalism by offering a thorough diagnosis, transparent quotations for both repair and replacement, and clear guidance without pressure. I elected to proceed with a new boiler installation, which was completed promptly by a courteous and efficient team. The installation was carried out to a high standard, with full system checks, tidy workmanship, and all warranty documentation handled on my behalf. A&K Heating & Plumbing have proven to be reliable, knowledgeable, and customer‑focused. I have full confidence in their work and intend to use their services for ongoing maintenance."
