"We recently purchased a new home and needed a kitchen load bearing wall removed, which required building regulations sign-off . The builder did an outstanding job within the specified timeframe, handling all the paperwork on our behalf. They were professional, friendly, and transparent throughout the process. The quality of the work was exceptional. After removing the wall, they replastered the affected areas seamlessly, leaving a smooth and flawless finish. The builder made sure everything was done to a high standard and cleaned up afterwards. The whole experience was seamless, from start to finish. They provided excellent value for money and demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Alexander Builders to family and friends. "Excellent work, thank you Mike and team, a professional job done well and efficiently. The all-in (building work, inspection, certification), no-extras pricing and staged payments helped a lot. So too did the rapid response to my queries and the ongoing inspection requirements. I was a nervous client, but I needn’t have worried. Anyone wanting a straightforward, no-bull approach should get a quote from them."

"Alex and the team were absolutely brilliant and transformed our house through the extension. From Day 1, I was filled with confidence with their experience, their understanding of our needs, flexibility and commitment. They were always on time, worked in a tidy manner, delivered high quality work and were always able to provide advice and views as we progressed through the extension. We couldn't have asked for a better set of lads. Our house extension is lovely and it's testament to the hard work from Alex and his team. I would recommend them to anyone - they are 100% worth it! "Mike and his team did a good job rebuilding the front wall of our house. He kept us informed on the issues as they were identified. Although there were delays, they were due to unforeseen issues that required additional components or poor weather conditions. If we had any concerns they were addressed as quickly as practically possible. They were the tidiest builders we had encountered. We would be happy to recommend them."
