James - Image 1 "AHI completed the removal of a load bearing wall and plastered 2 ceilings. Overall, I am happy with the work completed and the overall finish is good. AHI prices were competitive, and they had good availability. All the tradesmen were very friendly and helpful. The only thing preventing 5 stars would was: 1) I appreciate that it is difficult to prevent dust travel with such invasive works but was disappointed they did not cover belongings in the vicinity. 2) AHI didn't notify building control about the work. (in their T&C's it says this is the homeowners responsibility, which I missed. I think they should consider including this as standard for clients, as it has led to unexpected costs). This is currently being rectified by AHI, who have committed to supporting the process."

Greg - Image 1 "We instructed Atkins to do all of our garden and take down our conservatory and replace it with an insulated roof, new UPVC and full plastering and decorating inside. We have been blown away with our new garden including new decking and patio. The old too hot/too cold conservatory has been replaced with a cool summer room and cosy winter snug. The team at Atkins are great across the board. Whether it’s the project managers or the tradespeople themselves. Nothing is too much trouble and they focus only on doing a job right and to the highest standards. The team spent a lot of time on my home over the last year. They are always bang on time every day. They are great to chat to and have a laugh with. They respect your home and your property and deliver on every aspect of the job. I can’t recommend them enough and would not hesitate to pick up the phone for future projects."
