Based in Potters Bar, Advanced Construction Solutions has over 20 years’ experience in damp proofing. We have evolved with changing technology to provide outstanding services to treat wet rot, dry rot and damp in your home or business premises.
We pride ourselves on our efficient, friendly and high-quality services. We take the time to visit each client, talk through their damp issues and concerns and advise on ways to reduce damp (e.g. the introduction of dehumidifiers). In the case of structural intervention, we will talk through the options available. We understand clients’ reservations about having damp treatment and do our best to explain the problem and the choice of solutions without compromising on quality or service.
Damp proofing isn’t always straight forward. Our team of experts will diagnose the source of the damp and provide you with a report on recommended measures to treat it.

"Jason was recommended to me by a neighbour. We quickly arranged a meeting at my house and run through all the work which I needed done. Throughout all the work Jason was always punctual, and was always readily available to discuss any issues that occurred. Once decided on all the work needed Jason have me a fixed price which was keep too. I had a complete revamp of the porch area - two new doors and side window fitted. Together with all making good of the surrounds. Jason also fitted a new back door and a new ceiling with plastering in the kitchen. Jason and his son worked well together, very polite and were more than happy any issues that occurred along the way. Worth noting is the fact that my cottage dates back to 1873 and as with any properties this old can present other issues which were all dealt with Jason very professionally. Cannot fault Jason and his son on a job well done within the timeframe quoted and would not hesitate to recommend him."

"Jason was very easy to deal with and was reliable and trustworthy. He gave me a quote on some external damp-proofing, guttering and fixing damp damaged patches of the internal walls that a survey had found on a house I was about to buy and once I had bought completed the work neatly and efficiently. He even came in quite a bit below his original quote. Nice bloke. No problems at all, would recommend."

"Jason has been amazing at finding solutions for damp/condensation and leak problems. He has arranged a PIV system, repaired a flat roof and resolved dampness in a fire place hearth. He is highly recommended."

"I had a damp problem in the middle of a wall with no pipe work of any kind that could be producing the damp? Jason came and talked through the issues which he managed to identify. Gave explanation of what needed doing and how he would ensure it wouldn’t come back. He and his son arrived on the day and worked literally no stop the entire day. It was a difficult job due to walls being constructed over a hundred years ago. They were friendly, very kind and professional throughout. Excellent tradesmen who know their stuff. Highly recommend them to anyone."
